How will my merchants be paid?
Merchants are paid via ACH or Check depending on their preference and payouts take place every two weeks.
What reimbursement rate will merchants receive?
Merchants will be paid the full value of the certificate minus a small program fee.
What is my role in this program?
What if we have an existing Conpoto program?
Your merchants won’t have to take any additional steps.
They will be set to redeem with their current process and be reimbursed at the rate of their pre-existing program.
How do merchants know which gifts they can redeem?
Each gift that a merchant can redeem through the system will include the terms ‘Powered by Conpoto’.
When new employer begins to issue gifts, we will email each merchant notifying them of the logo, card example, and company that is now issuing gifts.
At the beginning of each month we will provide a printout of each employer actively gifting in the program.
How does my chamber generate revenue?
Based on merchant signups and redemptions, the chamber will receive a percentage back from the Michigan Chamber of Commerce.
If you bring in one of your members to their CoBrand Program you will receive recurring revenue as well.
